How to use the power of your mind to create success

The mind is the most powerful tool we have, if used in the right way it will not only steer us in the direction we need, but also create the life we want. To achieve this we will need to do the following:

  1. Use your imagination.

  2. Clearly define your objectives.

  3. Set a target or goal that is measurable (so you know when you achieve it.)

  4. use affirmations.

  5. use creative visualization to focus on your goal.

  6. Overcome limited thinking.

  7. Keep an open mind and a free will

The power of imagination

Every human being has the power of imagination, where you can build or create a scene in your mind.If you close your eyes and imagine the you were at the a place you always wanted to be say at a whitesand beach in a quiet uninhabited island.usually if we stop our selves at this point all it is is just another day dream.Dream big, so big it scares you or any body you mention it to. Then picture your self in your dream and make it as vivid as you possibly can. see Mental video technique

Clearly define your objectives

You must be clear and precise on what you seek to achieve, because this programm teaches you to focus on it.Think of it as using a magnifying glass, in order to get the best results one must focus it on the object of interest.

Set a measurable target or goal.

  • The goal you are working for should be something you really want, not just something that sounds good to you or some thing someone else.

  • Write it in the positive.

  • Write your goal out in complete detail.

  • Write your goal in measurable terms such as height, weight, and dimensions

We spend most of our lives with thoughts that bring us down or people that remind us of the same. Positive affirmations will change all that negative rhetoric into positive energy. Stand in front of a mirror and pick a part of your body for example your eyes and say out loud “I love my eyes, they are shaped wonderfully, they make me see beautiful and perfect things and I can see beautiful colors.” You can also use Scott Adams technique, visualize then write down what you want 15 times until you achieve it. The best way is through meditation while repeating positive affirmations.

Creative visualization.

With the power of imagination mentioned above mastered now it is time to bring it to reality by feeling, smelling and tasting. All this is done in the mind and made true. Have you ever thought of someone long enough and the next thing you know is the phone rings or the person shows up? This is visualization in the making. Feelings of déjàvu are usually bone out of creative visualization where one lives the moment in their minds and it happens in real time. Here is a list of what you need to do in order to achieve your goals

  • You must completely relax your body.

  • Breathe slowly and deeply slowly forming a rhythm that will help you relax and get to your inner peace.

  • See in your mind‘s eye a clear and detailed image of what you wish to accomplish.

  • Include all you senses in your imagination, being able to see hear and touch what you desire makes it even more real. Also include feelings and emotions into your vision.

  • Be positive in your thoughts and feelings.

Overcome limited thinking.

The world if full of possibilities that are yet to be discovered. The more you look at life this way the greater a person you are ready to become. Do not dismiss people every one has some thing great to teach you. Think and dream big.

Keep an open mind and a free will.

To be able to take full advantage of your manifested goal, it is important to keep an open mind as this will enable you to identify the roads to your goals as they present themselves and also ultimately recognize your goal itself. Stubbornness and self righteousness will often limit you.
